Chukwudi Uraih is the founder of Lampados Financial Group, a fee-only RIA serving first-generation West African professionals in STEM and healthcare. A U.S. Army veteran, systems engineer, and MBA from Darden School of Business, Chudi blends analytical precision with cultural insight to help clients build wealth, honor family responsibilities, and design financial systems that support legacy. He is currently developing the first West African-focused Multi-Family Office in the U.S. and frequently speaks on applying systems thinking to real-world planning. His practice offers both high-touch planning and accessible models for accumulators via subscription-based tools.
