2025-2028 NAPFA Strategic Initiatives
Over the past year, NAPFA’s board of directors, staff and key stakeholders collaborated to plan the future direction of the organization. These efforts led to the creation of the 2025-2028 strategic plan, which reflects the evolving needs of members, the profession, and the public.
Grounded in member feedback, market research, and stakeholder interviews, the new plan introduces an updated mission and vision that reinforce NAPFA’s role as the standard-bearer for Fee-Only, fiduciary financial planning.

Strategic Goals: 2025–2028
The new framework is anchored by three key goals that will guide NAPFA’s priorities and operations:
1. Elevate the Fiduciary Standard
Position NAPFA as the standard setter in financial planning, strengthening our unique value, and amplifying our visibility and influence.
2. Ignite Connections Through Community and Engagement
Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive NAPFA community that inspires meaningful connection, collaboration, and belonging, driving sustained member engagement, professional growth, and positive impact.
3. Deepen Professional Education and Learning
Establish NAPFA as the premier destination for leading-edge education and lifelong learning that empowers members to lead with integrity, adapt to change, and thrive.
