NAPFA Spring 2025 National Conference Speaker

Lynn Young, EA, FSEA, is a Partner and Consulting Actuary with Pinnacle Plan Design, LLC in Phoenix. She is an Enrolled Actuary and has over 35 years of experience in the consulting and administration of qualified defined benefit, cash balance, and defined contribution plans. She specializes in actuarial consulting and third-party administration of defined benefit retirement plans. Lynn is on the Board of Directors for the American Retirement Association (the umbrella organization, of which ASPPA is part of) and is a former President of the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries (also part of the American Retirement Association umbrella).
